What we need to register your company
We will guide you through the details required for the registration and the statutory identity checks.
- Your proposed company names — please provide at least three options
- Your preferred company name ending: Ltd or Limited
- Directors’ contact, residential and shareholding details
- Registered office address and up to four relevant SIC codes
- Identity documents and National Insurance details for each director

Virtual address
A virtual address is available for £50 per month, paid six months in advance (£300). It may be used only for official Companies House and HMRC correspondence. You will need to provide an alternative address in case the service ends; mail forwarding or parcels are not included.
